Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and okwwe ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account on okwwe.pro, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.

okwwe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always the version displayed on this page.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Use of the okwwe platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okwwe strictly prohibits use by persons under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to maintain only one account on okwwe. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. okwwe will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to a failure to keep your credentials secure.
• okwwe reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Players must notify okwwe immediately if they suspect any unauthorised use of their account by contacting our support team through the options available in the platform.

okwwe reserves the right to close or suspend any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus balance or disputed winnings may be forfeited in full.

Deposits and Withdrawals

okwwe processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players may deposit and withdraw funds using the following approved payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet, accepted for all standard deposits and withdrawals.
• Nagad — The national digital financial service, accepted for deposits and withdrawals with no conversion fees.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service, accepted for standard BDT transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

okwwe may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. okwwe determines eligibility at its sole discretion and reserves the right to decline any bonus request or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated in the specific offer terms. okwwe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued after a player has already opted in, okwwe will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in where reasonably practicable.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any activity that is dishonest, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on okwwe:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, game results, or the integrity of any sporting event available for wagering on the platform.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to access or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular player use.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful means. okwwe cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any suspected financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software or games. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at okwwe staff, customer support agents, or other players via any channel associated with the platform.

Responsible Gaming

okwwe is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account to control spending. Changes to deposit limits that reduce the current limit take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits and time-out — Players may set session duration reminders or apply a temporary time-out period during which access to the platform is suspended. Time-out periods range from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from this platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of okwwe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okwwe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. okwwe does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect platform availability.

okwwe's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

okwwe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for checking this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
